Megatrend provides employees with various forms of flexibility, which I highly appreciate as a mother of a small child. It’s great that all employees support the family atmosphere, that we can bring children to work, stay home from work, etc. It meant a lot to me especially in the transition period after the expiration of maternity leave when at one time both I and the child had to get used to a different schedule. Good interpersonal relationships within the company also contribute to great satisfaction – there is mutual respect among colleagues, regardless of experience, age and gender.

At Megatrend, I found a balance between private and business life. I was able to work from home when my child was ill and I was given the possibility of sliding working hours, which makes it easier for me to fulfil my obligations related to kindergarten or school. As a young mother, and at the same time a student, upon my return from parental leave, I was provided with part-time work, which helped me to better and less stressfully adjust to new work obligations. Of course, the support of colleagues and excellent interpersonal relations also contributed to this to a large extent.
