The certification process involved a comprehensive analysis of HR practices, employee data, and employee feedback across six key areas of people management. The results show high levels of satisfaction among employees, particularly with the support they receive from both colleagues and managers, reflecting an organizational climate grounded in fairness, mutual understanding, and flexibility.
