MAMFORCE Partnership

In the process of certification, 80 team leaders participated in the education to improve their leadership skills. The subjects covered in these trainings included: developing a sense of psychological security in a team, effective feedback, change management, the coaching style of leadership. Several of Croatia Osiguranje’s team leaders continued to participate in the development program with the help of a personal coach, where their individual competencies for managing a team have been upgraded. Moreover, the company has extended their collaboration with the Franklin Covey Online Platform, whereby an additional group of 100 employees will have the opportunity to enhance their soft skills.

The total number of days that the employees may work from home has been increased, and the number of people entitled to work from home has been extended. To further enhance the team spirit and the culture of collaboration, the system entitled SuperCOlleague has been developed. Through it, the employees may nominate the colleagues who stand out for being excellent workers, being ready to lend a hand, and by doing their job in line with company values. Finally, the onboarding process has been upgraded, and now the employees have the opportunity to meet the directors of the CORE sector at Croatia Osiguranje, and gain insight into all fundamental processes in the company in a direct, transparent, and interactive way.

On the collaboration with the MAMFORCE team

At the very first meeting with the Spona Code, we recognised that we shared the same values, and that they as an employer, just like us, cared about the maximum fairness and equity, and wished to create the workplace where all employees would have the equal opportunity to be successful. This is what we recognized immediately with the MAMFORCE methodology, and why we decided to take part. The experience held by the MAMFORCE team helped us gain an objective insight into our processes, and the benchmarking tool was of a particular value to us, as it had shown us where we stand in comparison to similar companies. Moreover, MAMFORCE is more than just statistics and analytics of the processes and documents – a large part of the methodology relies on communication with employees, which has given us a comprehensive picture of our company, and enabled us to create a true action plan. In most areas we have got the confirmation that we were on the right track, the idea of how to go on and what to enhance, and in some areas MAMFORCE gave us additional insights into things we had failed to consider beforehand.
