Business women should not behave like men

Women in leadership do not need to behave like men to be successful. Capable and talented women should strive to develop and utilize specific organizational skills that will help them progress and create, but in a unique way. They should take advantage of the fact that they often stand out as an exception, in a predominantly male context. They need to take advantage of that reality and make it easier for them to be recognized and heard. This event is a great opportunity to say it out loud. He said Paul Vanderboeck at the first MAMFORCE CNG conference.
